Lori Mitchell

A native of Idaho, Lori is the youngest of 3 (she has 2 older brothers). Her parents were both teachers who instilled her with the value of education. Lori attended college on a volleyball/basketball scholarship. After college she married her college sweetheart, Keith, and has been on an adventure for 27 years. They moved to Colorado for a few years but really missed family and the beauty of North Idaho.

Lori has held many positions from managing a national retail toy store to managing a medical corporation, substitute teaching and managing an accounting firm. For 10 years, Keith & Lori owned and operated several businesses that they recently sold.

They have 2 boys, Tyler and Bradley, who are both in college. In their spare time, they love to spend time at their property on the St Joe River.

Lori joined Agency Software in May 2009 as Human Resources and Payroll Specialist. Lori also helps with tech calls. She is the smiling voice on the other end of the line.
