Laura Severs

Recently joining Agency Software Inc., this move comes on the tail of a 39-year run in the Insurance industry. I worked as a commercial insurance agent for most of that time as well as touching many aspects of the business. The last 13 years I worked at an agency that used Agency Pro SQL, one of the many products offered by Agency Software Inc. This experience has given me hands on experience using the product. Now, I am currently enjoying the back end of our products working in Tech Support, which allows me to help and relate to our customers as well as understanding their needs.
